We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Every item is made just for you.
At Oswald, we operate on a sustainable, made-to-order model. This means that as soon as you place an order, our team gets to work printing and crafting your items specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we handle returns differently than traditional retailers.
1. Sizing and "Change of Mind"
Because each product is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.
To ensure you get the perfect fit, please carefully review the Size Guide provided on each product page before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- What to do: Please contact us at support@oswald-brand.com within 14 days of delivery.
- What to include: Please provide your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or the specific error.
- The Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
3. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. For packages lost in transit (where tracking has stopped moving), please reach out to us so we can investigate and assist with a replacement.
